Cannot praise Blackstone enough. They’re a very professional and communicative shop which does great work. They got my van in quickly after I had it towed to them and they had me rolling again the next day with a much cheaper and faster solution than anticipated.
We have taken our vehicles here several times now, and each experience has been outstanding. When I brought my Jeep in, he inspected everything, didn’t even charge me for the visit, nor did try to sell me something I didn't need. More recently, we had an unexpected issue with our Sequoia, and he fit us in last minute, even though I know he was busy.
Amazing customer service and honest assessment! I called and explained an issue I was having with my 2013 Toyota Sequoia. They offered to schedule me in for a quick computer check on my lunch break and were able to identify what the problem was within minutes. Problem was fixed and I will definitely be taking our Toyotas back for their ongoing maintenance.
